An independent pharmacy in Liverpool is looking for a proactive and people-focused Pharmacy Manager to lead their well-established team, and take the lead with their blister pack operations. You will be required to collaborate with local surgeries and other pharmacy branches to order, clinically check and compile blister packs for use across the area.
With a steady 6,000-7,000 items per month, HO support and a really good team in place, you'll smash the regular NHS services also.
The company is happy to support additional training in areas such as travel health/PGD's.
Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm = 45 hrs p/w (30-minute unpaid lunch). 4 days an option.
Key Duties
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring safe and effective service delivery
- Deliver and grow clinical services, with a focus on private offerings
- Support the development of the trainee ACT and collaborate closely with your dispensary team
- Maintain compliance with GPhC, NHS, and company standards
Package and Benefits
- £60,000p/a - £65,000p/a depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, no weekend work
- 4 weeks' holiday plus bank holidays

Key Skills and Qualifications
- MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK with GPhC registration
- GPhC registration pending successful exam results this summer
