My client is looking for a motivated Pharmacy Manager to take the reins of a supportive, independent pharmacy in Southport.
With a manageable 4,000 - 4,500 item base and an experienced team, you won't be thrown in the deep end. You'll also have the chance to boost your income by providing private services and PGDs.
Monday to Friday Hours: 9am - 6pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch = 42.5 hrs p/w
*NQ'd Pharmacists particularly encouraged to apply*
Key Duties
- Lead and oversee the safe, effective day-to-day running of the pharmacy
- Deliver and expand clinical services, including flu vaccinations and PGDs
- Support, mentor, and collaborate with a strong dispensary team
- Ensure full compliance with GPhC standards and NHS regulations
Package and Benefits
- Salary £55,000 based on 42.5hrs p/w (flexible for experience)
- Mon - Fri only | 9am - 6pm | No weekends
- 4 weeks holiday + bank holidays

Key Skills and Qualifications
- MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK with GPhC registration
- Trainee Pharmacist awaiting results and GPhC registration this summer
