This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with previous management experience who is looking to lead a pharmacy team while continuing to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and develop the pharmacy team
- Provide excellent patient and customer care
- Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services
- Maintain high professional and clinical standards
- Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance
- Drive pharmacy performance and business targets
- Support and develop colleagues to deliver an efficient and patient-focused service
About You:
- Fully qualified and GPhC registered
- Previous community pharmacy management experience
- Accredited to deliver NHS and private pharmacy services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Patient-focused with excellent clinical standards
- Commercially aware and target driven
- Confident working in a busy pharmacy environment
Working Pattern
38 hours per week
Permanent part-time position with a day-shift working pattern.
