Job Summary

  • The role is at a long established and sustainable company who are seeking someone to cover 2 of their branches in Nottingham and Lincoln (3 days at one, 2 at the other). The role would be entirely branch based.
  • They can be flexible on working hours to accommodate a healthy work life balance.
  • Staff are well looked after with high staff retention and you'd be joining a team of friendly and supportive colleagues with excellent support staff in place to assist the Audiologists.
  • There is excellent training and development on offer meaning the staff boast superb conversion rates and a high average sale price as well as very few returns.

Key Duties

  • Seeking someone to cover 2 branches in Nottingham and Lincoln so would need to be commutable from both.
  • All branch based, no home visits

Package and Benefits

  • £38,000 basic FTE
  • Generous commission structure with % increasing the more you bill
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
