Key Responsibilities
- Translate the company's regional vision into executable commercial strategies that deliver on growth and profitability objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets and individual performance goals.
- Drive commercial excellence through data led decision making, sales analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Partner closely with marketing, medical affairs, and operations to execute local marketing plans, product launches, and educational events.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders and major hospital networks across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
- Identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Experience and Competencies
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, including at least 5 years in sales leadership.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in hospital or surgical settings. Experience in haemostasis or operating room specialities is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and people leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics and compliance requirements across Benelux.
- Data literate and comfortable interpreting business intelligence to shape sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French, Dutch or Flemish, and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region, approximately 70 percent.

The Package
- Base salary from €80,000 to €125,000 depending on experience
- 25 percent commission structure based on performance
