My client, a highly regarded, modern dental practice in the Goldfields region of Western Australia, is currenlty looking for an experienced Orthodontist to join their growing team.This opportunity offers the chance to step into a well-established, purpose-built 7-chair clinic that delivers comprehensive dental care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model.

The practice is home to general dentists, orthodontists, and Oral Health Therapists (OHTs), creating strong internal referral pathways and a consistent orthodontic caseload.This modern practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. With experienced chairside and administrative staff, you can focus entirely on delivering exceptional patient care, while efficient systems, strong leadership, and a positive workplace culture ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The practice also enjoys a well-established presence and a trusted reputation within the Goldfields community, making it a highly respected destination for both patients and professionals.

The Opportunity:

You will be joining a clinic with a strong reputation for clinical excellence, patient-focused care, and long-term treatment planning. With high demand for orthodontic services and minimal local competition, this role provides both clinical variety and excellent earning potential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive orthodontic care to children, adolescents, and adults
• Managing a steady and diverse orthodontic case load
• Collaborating closely with general dentists and OHTs to ensure seamless patient journeys

Key Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:

• Holds recognised specialist orthodontic qualifications
• Is AHPRA registered or eligible for registration in Australia
• Relevant qualification recognised by the Australian Dental Board and hold unrestricted APHRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
• Brings strong clinical skills and a patient-centred approach
• Values teamwork while enjoying autonomy in clinical decision-making
• Is open to regional practice
• Willingess to relocate to Australia
• Experienced Orthodontist with a growth-mindset, willingess to expand your skills and take on new challenges
• Excellent communication skills with both patients and support team
