The branch is situated in a high street location in a busy Welsh seaside town. The pharmacy has a strong relationship with the local GP practice so this would be a great opportunity to train to become an independent prescriber. On the social side of things, this is a great location to relocate to if you love being by the sea and exploring beautiful local hills and mountains.

The branch is staffed with an experienced team including a Non-Pharm Manager, 2 ACPTs and 4 Healthcare Partners

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30 and alternate Saturdays 09.00 - 17.00 = Average 46.5hrs p/w
• Option for day off in the week when working Saturday = 42.25hrs p/w

Key Duties

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
• Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient care
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management

Package and Benefits

• Salary based on a work pattern of: Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30 and alternate Saturdays 09.00 - 17.00 - Average 42.25hrs p/w - depending on experience
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increasing to 32 days with length of service)
• IP supplement paid
• Performance related bonus of up to £5000 per year

Key Skills and Qualifications

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
