My client is looking for a motivated Pharmacy Manager to take the helm of a well-established, forward-thinking pharmacy.

Dispensing 7,0008,000 items per month, you'll be supported by an automation robot and Titan PMR, giving you more time to focus on patients, leadership, and clinical excellence.

Managerial experience is preferred (ideally 2+ years) but not essential, as full training and support will be given from both the Area Manager and the Owner

Independent Prescriber status is not required, though IPs will receive additional financial uplift.

Fantastic profit share opportunity to increase salary further

Opening Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-6pm, Saturday 9-1pm (Please note, this is a full time position within these hours)

Key Duties:

• Provide strong leadership and ensure safe, effective pharmacy operations
• Drive clinical services and champion patient-focused care
• Manage and develop the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding results
• Oversee stock, workflow, and regulatory compliance

Package and Benefits:

• Salary: From £60,000 p/a £75,000 p/a (negotiable based on experience)
• IP Supplement: Additional monthly remuneration
• Holiday Entitlement: 28 days + 9 public holidays
• Experience: Ideally 2+ years, but not essential
• Additional: Visa sponsorship available

Essential Requirements:

• MUST be a Qualified Pharmacist in the UK
• MUST have GPhC registration
