This community pharmacy is extremely well supported by the local community it serves. The independent Pharmacy group who own it have worked incredibly hard to get it up to a standard that they can be proud of, and would love for a driven Pharmacist to help build upon that and join their experienced team.
The role is to cover Maternity leave for 9-12 months initially, but consideration can be given to making the post permanent on a base+relief basis across our other local pharmacies following this period.
Ideally for an IP Pharmacist in order to drive plans to make more services available for patients locally.
*MUST have experience of the Scottish Pharmacy contract
Key Duties
- Ability to build and maintain relationship
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, using initiative and delegation skills
- Ability to support and develop colleagues
- Willingness to continue learning and progress
Package and Benefits
- Flat salaries across the board in return for structured training, support and progression
- £52,000p/a (non-IP) - £62,000p/a (IP) (inclusive of bonuses)
- Monday - Friday 9am-1pm / 2pm-6pm. Alternate Sats (with weekday off) 9am-1pm
- 5 weeks holiday + BH
- Lucrative bonus scheme
- GPHC fees covered
- Training opportunities including IP.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK with GPhC registration
- MUST have experience of the Scottish Pharmacy contract
- Not suitable for NQ'ds/Trainee Pharmacists
