Our client, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their Surgical Capital Equipment division. This is a highly visible, commercial role where you will partner with hospitals, surgeons, and operating room teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve surgical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with hospitals and surgical teams.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, education, and training for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to provide tailored solutions to clinical needs.
  • Stay closely connected to market developments and represent the business at key events.
  • Ensure product availability and support critical surgical procedures within your territory.

Candidate Profile

  • Essential:
Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Fluency in Dutch and English.

Valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel extensively across the South Netherlands.

Strong commercial mindset, with proven resilience and drive to achieve results.

Ability to influence and build lasting stakeholder relationships.

  • Preferred:
Previous sales or account management experience in MedTech, healthcare, or related sectors.

A strong record of exceeding sales targets.
