Key Duties
- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on the latest frame styles and lens options, including high-end designer brands.
- Ensure the accurate measurement and fitting of spectacles.
- Work closely with Optometrists and other team members to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, delivering a personalized and tailored experience to each patient.
