The role would be perfect for a passionate and ambitious Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser looking to take ownership of a new domiciliary audiology business. This role offers the perfect balance of clinical excellence, commercial growth, and leadership, allowing you to provide outstanding hearing care while building a successful business.

As a Joint Venture Partner, you'll take ownership of the business, overseeing daily operations while benefiting from financial rewards such as a competitive salary, profit dividends, and capital growth potential.

In this field-based position, you'll provide both NHS and private audiology services within a designated territory. Your responsibilities will include hearing tests, fittings, aftercare, and microsuction wax removal, all while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser
