We are seeking a highly motivated Orthopaedic Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our innovative orthopedic solutions to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and medical staff while delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Key Duties
  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts within the orthopedic market.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with surgeons, orthopedic specialists, hospital staff, and medical professionals to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Product Demonstrations & Training: Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage of orthopedic solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights and tailor solutions.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline management, and results using CRM systems to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, managing product orders, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to the development of new product offerings.

Package and Benefits

  • £35 - £55k base salary
  • £18k OTE
  • Car or Car allowance

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Direct medical Device sales OR field sales with a link to anatomy & physiology ie degree or working as a clinician
  • Will consider clinicians looking to transition to Medical sales - Ideal match ie Physiotherapist or Sport and Exercise Science
  • Must be proactive, dynamic, organised and able to live with the pace of medical device sales!
