Independently owned practice seeking lead vet, salary range of 50-58k. 4 day working week, 1 in 4 weekends & no OOH's.

This independent practice is on the lookout for a driven individual who can step into this lead vet vacancy and put their own stamp on the practice. We are able to consider veterinary surgeons with upwards of three years experience, providing they have very high clinical standards and a desire to constantly improve themselves and those around them.

You will play a part in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the practice with key responsibilities such as the on-boarding and training of new staff members, holding regular practice meetings, staff appraisals and maintaining a positive culture that results in ongoing harmony and staff retention.

Key Duties

• 4-day working week
• 1 in 4 weekends
• No OOH's
• 15 minute appointments
• Responsible for on-boarding new staff members
• Chairing regular branch meetings
• Staff appraisals

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• 3 years experience minimum
• Must be RCVS registered
