We're partnering with a globally recognised leader in medical technology, an innovative, people-first organisation with a strong reputation for developing life-saving solutions used by emergency responders and healthcare professionals worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a driven and commercially astute Territory Sales Manager to lead their Emergency Care portfolio across the North West Netherlands.

This is more than a sales role. It's an opportunity to make a real difference at the frontline of patient care.

Key product focus - Patient transport (Stretchers), Chest Compression System, Defibrillators & AEDs, Stretcher loading

The Opportunity

You'll take full responsibility for developing a market-leading Emergency Care portfolio across your region, working closely with ambulance services, hospitals, and key clinical stakeholders. From first response to patient transport, your solutions will support professionals in the most critical moments.

You'll operate with a high level of autonomy, building strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering compelling product demonstrations that showcase the real-world impact of cutting-edge medical technology.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving growth across the Emergency Care portfolio within your territory
  • Building long-term partnerships with ambulance services, hospitals, and decision-makers
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
  • Delivering engaging product demonstrations, clinical training, and workshops
  • Leading tenders, negotiations, and strategic account planning
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity
  • Representing the business at industry events and professional forums

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' sales experience in medical devices, healthcare technology or a clinical background such as nurse or paramedic with a desire to transition into sales
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your own territory
  • Commercially savvy with confidence in complex sales processes
  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • Full driver's licence and willingness to travel

Nice to have:

  • Experience with capital equipment sales
  • Knowledge of tenders and procurement processes
