The Role
As Territory Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving territory performance and delivering on defined sales objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, building strong relationships with clinicians, and creating a robust pipeline of opportunities within your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the portfolio strategy to maximise sales and market share.
- Identify and prioritise key growth areas, accelerating medical education initiatives to support business expansion.
- Segment, map and develop target accounts across Interventional Radiology, Oncology, Endovascular and Vascular disciplines.
- Engage and manage key decision-makers and KOLs within hospital settings.
- Lead territory reviews and update account plans based on evolving market dynamics and competitive activity.
- Analyse market share data by modality to inform strategic planning.
- Attend national and European congresses to strengthen relationships and maintain industry knowledge.
- Develop OEM and private sector business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise impact within target accounts.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional with proven experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals, ideally within Interventional Radiology or related specialities.
What you need
- Degree in Radiography or a Life Sciences discipline (Medical, Scientific, Pharmacy, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience within the hospital environment.
- Cath Lab field experience is highly desirable.
- Strong familiarity with Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology, Endovascular and Vascular disciplines.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in local language and English.
Benefits and Package
- Basic salary DOE €70,000 - €85,000
- Plus 25% bonus, uncapped
- Company car, field allowances, mobile, plus wider company perks as standard.
