A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing, independent small animal practice in the North East. This role is ideal for a vet who enjoys building strong client relationships, working cases up thoroughly, and being part of a genuinely supportive team environment.

This is a practice doing things differentlymoving away from high-volume, conveyor-belt medicine and instead focusing on clinical freedom, quality care, and team collaboration.

  • Deliver high-quality first-opinion veterinary care for small animals

Key Skills, Qualifications and Requirements

  • BVSc or equivalent qualification recognised in the UK
  • RCVS registration (or eligibility)
  • Experience in small animal practice

  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Interest in developing a clinical niche or broadening case exposure
