We're looking for a driven senior sales professional to grow and own a territory across the West Midlands, working closely with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for someone who thrives in high-stakes surgical environments, builds long-term relationships, and consistently delivers results.
The Role
- Drive revenue growth and market share across the spine portfolio
- Support surgeons during specialist elective cases ie scoliosis and other spinal deformity cases
- Manage and develop key surgeon relationships and KOLs
- Support complex cases in the operating theatre, including trauma and emergency procedures
- Execute territory strategy, product launches, and competitive conversions
- Deliver clinical and product education to surgeons and theatre teams
Who We're Looking For
- Proven surgical sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets - MINIMUM 2 years territory management in Surgical sales
- Confident influencing senior surgeons in complex operating theatres
- Commercially sharp, strategic, and resilient
- Experienced in managing high-value territories and hospital accounts
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, procurement, and tender processes
- Excellent territory planning, forecasting, and CRM discipline
Package & Benefits
- Basic salary: £45,000-£60,000
- OTE: £33,000-£40,000 (uncapped beyond with excellent overachieve)
