This is an exciting opportunity for a confident clinician with experience in urgent care who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and improving access and patient experience.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary general practice team, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of patients presenting with a range of acute and minor illness and injury.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments, including history taking, examination, diagnosis and treatment.
- Provide safe, effective and evidence-based clinical care to patients presenting with acute and minor illness.
- Demonstrate autonomous clinical decision-making and appropriate escalation when required.
- Work collaboratively with the wider practice and multidisciplinary team.
- Support the delivery of high-quality patient care and contribute to maintaining clinical standards.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to colleagues where appropriate.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and maintain professional standards.
About You
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ANP who has:
- Experience working in an urgent care setting.
- Current NMC registration.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and continuous professional development.

- Salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
