Clinical Education Specialist - Resuscitation & Emergency Medical Technology

Are you a clinically qualified healthcare professional, perhaps a Paramedic, Resuscitation Officer or Clinical Educator looking to combine your clinical expertise with innovative medical technology?

Our client is a leading provider of advanced emergency care and critical care solutions, partnering with NHS Trusts, Ambulance Services and healthcare providers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to support customers throughout Northern England and Scotland.

Working across a diverse portfolio of life-saving medical technologies, you'll play a key role in delivering clinical education, supporting product implementation and ensuring healthcare professionals maximise the benefits of cutting-edge equipment used in emergency and critical care environments.

This is a Hybrid working role with a mix of field travel, home working or the option to work from the clients offices.

Product Portfolio

You'll provide clinical support across an extensive portfolio including:

• Advanced monitor defibrillators and AEDs
• Automated CPR systems
• Emergency and transport ventilators
• Capnography and resuscitation technologies
• Portable suction devices
• Blood and fluid warming systems
• Medical simulation solutions
• Medical device servicing and lifecycle management solutions

The Role

Working closely with the commercial and customer success teams, you will:

• Work closely with the existing sales team to support clients by providing product training, knowledge and support.
• Deliver engaging clinical product demonstrations and evaluations.
• Provide onboarding, product implementation and end-user training.
• Support the sales team with pre-sales clinical expertise and customer presentations.
• Develop and deliver education programmes, workshops and e-learning content.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians, educators and operational leads across NHS and Ambulance Trusts.
• Provide ongoing clinical application support, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from their investment.
• Attend conferences, exhibitions and customer events.
• Act as the clinical expert across the product portfolio, sharing best practice and supporting continuous product adoption.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• A clinical qualification such as Paramedic, Resuscitation Officer, Clinical Educator, Nurse, ODP or another relevant healthcare background.
• Experience working within emergency, critical care or acute healthcare environments.
• A passion for education, training and supporting clinical best practice.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The confidence to deliver training to clinicians across a variety of healthcare settings.
• Previous experience as a Clinical Application Specialist, Clinical Educator or within the medical device industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Northern England and Scotland.
