We are working with a leading provider of vascular medical devices seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and support key clients across the North of England and M62 corridor. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on building relationships, providing product expertise, and supporting interventional procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, expanding market share in your territory
- Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with clinicians, theatre managers, and procurement teams
- Product Support: Provide expert training and hands-on support during interventional procedures
- Territory Strategy: Plan and execute territory strategies to identify opportunities and maximize sales
- Market Insight: Track competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable insights
What We're Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Proven success in medical device sales, preferably in interventional or theatre-based products
- Product Knowledge: Ideally you'll hold knowledge of vascular devices and their clinical applications, or be able to demonstrate a keen interest in this therapy area
- Relationship Builder: Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from clinicians to procurement
- Self-Motivated: Driven to meet targets, work independently, and take ownership of your territory
- Organized: Excellent time management and territory planning skills
What You'll Get:
- Basic Salary £38,000 - £48,000 DOE
- Bonus OTE £24,000
