You'll work alongside GP partners, advanced clinical practitioners, pharmacists, physiotherapists, social prescribers, nurses, and healthcare assistants - all committed to supporting each other and our patients.
The Role
As a Salaried GP, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality primary care.
Your work will include:
- Managing acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
- Conducting face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations
- Prescribing and overseeing medicines management
- Coordinating referrals and follow-ups
- Participating in health promotion and preventive care initiatives
- Engaging in clinical governance and quality improvement
- Contributing to teaching and mentorship opportunities (optional)
- 15 patient contacts per session
- Low volume of home visits

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: £12,000 per session, rising to £12,500
