We're working with an established GP training practice in Salisbury that is looking to welcome a Salaried GP for 4-6 sessions per week.

What makes this role stand out?

More time to care for your patients

With 15-minute appointments and around 12 patients per session, the practice aims to create space for thoughtful consultations and high-quality clinical care. Your sessions will include a blend of telephone and face-to-face appointments.

A team that works together

You'll join a well-established clinical team of five GP partners and seven salaried GPs. Shared responsibility is built into the working day, with a colleague-buddy arrangement for results and administrative tasks, helping ensure you have support when you need it.

The right support behind the scenes

A number of services help keep workloads manageable, including total triage, dedicated teams for prescribing and document processing, and a frailty practitioner who helps reduce the need for GP home visits. An in-house health and wellbeing team also provides additional support for patients with complex needs.

The package

• Salary: £12,300 per session, plus pension
• Working pattern: 4-6 sessions per week
• Annual leave: Six weeks
• Study leave: One week
