Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity in Redditch - £50,000 Per Annum!

Embark on a rewarding veterinary career with us in Redditch, where we are offering a flexible role for both full-time and part-time candidates. New graduates are welcome to apply as well!

Benefits

- Small animal vet position

- Ideal for candidates with 2 years of experience, though confident new graduates will be considered

- 4 days work week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- Minimal on-call duties until 11:00 PM, Monday to Thursday

- Engaging mix of surgery and consultations with DAILY surgeries booked

- Consultations run from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM

- Surgery from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM

- Break and catch-up from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

- Final consultations from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM

- No overnight or weekend on-call commitments

- Independent practice with a single owner

- Two potential new premises with planning permission in process

The Practice

- Small animal practice with no specialization

- Well-respected team including 2.5 veterinary surgeons and 5 nurses

- Equipped with essential veterinary apparatus, although not extravagant

- Located in an easy-to-access area, with onsite parking available

- Currently housed in a traditional building but looking to relocate to modern premises

The Role

- Initially supported, progressing to sole charge on occasion, typically covered by two vets onsite

- No compulsory aspects of the role to cover more than one site

- Opportunity for non-capped CPD with flexible schedule

- Competitive remuneration package, with potential to stretch salary for the right candidate

The Package

- Salary starting at £50,000, with potential to increase to £60,000 for ideal candidates

- 5 weeks annual leave plus the birthday off, and inclusive of public holidays

- Accommodation available in a flat or house
