The Role
As an Account Manager, you will own the end-to-end sales process across your region, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening key customer relationships and driving sustainable sales growth. You'll partner closely with clinical and economic stakeholders, support strategic account planning, and play an active role in tender preparation and commercial negotiations.
You will work collaboratively with clinical teams, sales leadership and marketing, ensuring the successful execution of regional and local sales strategies while dedicating your efforts to expanding market presence and enhancing product positioning.

The Role
As an Account Manager, you will own the end-to-end sales process across your region, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening key customer relationships and driving sustainable sales growth. You'll partner closely with clinical and economic stakeholders, support strategic account planning, and play an active role in tender preparation and commercial negotiations.
You will work collaboratively with clinical teams, sales leadership and marketing, ensuring the successful execution of regional and local sales strategies while dedicating your efforts to expanding market presence and enhancing product positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute vital market intelligence and business insights to support annual strategic planning
- Build long-lasting relationships with KOLs, clinicians and economic decision-makers
- Provide hands on support in the surgical environment, working with clinical teams to spot and convert sales opportunities in the theatre setting
- Prepare and participate in tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations
- Track and record account activity accurately within CRM systems
- Identify new sales pathways and maintain proactive engagement with customers
- Collaborate in QBRs and sales force alignment meetings to support commercial execution
Key Attributes
- You must hold at least 2 years sales experience, working with technical clinical products, selling into the hospital environment
- Ideally you will be degree educated, in a Science, Sport or Anatomy related field
- Have a driven, motivated, ambitious and customer focused mentality
- Good communication skills - internal and external relationship builder
- Be flexible in travelling and hold a full UK driving licence
- Empathy towards patients and a genuine desire to improve lives
Key Benefits
- Basic salary £45,000 - £57,000 (DOE)
- Bonus circa £21,000 - £27,000 (plus overachieve)
