The Opportunity

As a Sales Associate within Surgical equipment, you will be responsible for growing a defined territory across Devon and Cornwall, working closely with surgical professionals across the NHS and private hospital sector.

You will be part of a highly engaged, high-performing sales team, helping hospitals adopt innovative capital equipment and solutions that protect healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.

This is a field-based role, ideal for graduates who are ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in medical device sales.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
  • Driving capital equipment sales and developing new opportunities within your territory
  • Managing your own sales pipeline and delivering against clear growth targets
  • Delivering product training and on-site demonstrations to clinical teams
  • Creating and presenting value-based business cases to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Planning and managing your territory with clear daily, weekly and monthly objectives
  • Representing the company at training events, meetings and industry exhibitions

What You Will Need

  • A degree, preferably in science, business, medical or a technical subject
  • A genuine interest in medical sales and healthcare
  • Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
  • The ability to manage your own diary and territory
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous, but attitude and potential matter most

  • Base salary of £32,300 plus a bonus of £11,800 (Behaviour & KPI based not sales)
