A well-established, independent veterinary group is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team across two modern practices in Bournemouth and Christchurch, located along the beautiful Dorset coastline.

This opportunity offers the stability of a growing group alongside a genuinely supportive, family-owned culture that prioritises staff wellbeing and professional development.

You'll join a collaborative small animal team working across two purpose-built sites, supported by experienced clinicians and a wider network of veterinary professionals.

The practices are fully equipped with modern facilities including digital and dental radiography, ultrasonography, in-house laboratory equipment, and dedicated surgical suites. Visiting specialists in ophthalmology, soft tissue, and orthopaedics also provide additional clinical support. Candidates with at least two years' experience are preferred.

The role offers a strong focus on worklife balance with a full-time 4-day week and 1 in 4 Saturdays, with no on-call, Sundays, or bank holidays. The package includes a salary of up to £80,000 depending on experience, up to six weeks' annual leave, generous CPD support, paid professional fees, loyalty and referral bonuses, and additional staff perks.
