Strategic Leader Needed Executive Director, Business Development for Human-Centered Healthcare Innovation

A prestigious healthcare institution is seeking a visionary Executive Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth and innovation for its Center for Patient Experience and Staff Engagement. This executive role plays a vital part in advancing a culture of excellence by driving initiatives that enhance both patient satisfaction and workforce fulfillment.

As Executive Director, you will develop and execute strategic partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and lead high-impact projects that elevate the center's reach and influence. You will collaborate across clinical and administrative teams to position the organization as a leader in human-centered care deliveryaligning business development goals with quality, compassion, and organizational engagement.

Key Duties


1.Lead procedural implementations and make appropriate suggestions and recommendations for improving techniques, policies, and procedures.
2.Monitors and controls department costs to maintain expenditures within allocations.
3.Engages in studies and investigations related to improving delivery of services.
4.Involves in recruitment, hiring and training of assign clinical services staff
5.Maintain awareness of advances in clinical services, computerized diagnostic and treatment equipment, data processing technology, government regulations, health insurance changes and any other relevant developments.
6.Review and analyse clinical activities and data to aid, planning, costing and risk management and to improve service utilization.

Education

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Masters Degree

Exepreience

  • 12 years in Healthcare setting at senior level out of which 5 years in Business Development activities
