Strategic Leadership Role Executive Director of Clinical Development in Home Health Care

A leading healthcare institution is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Executive Director Clinical Services Development to lead the transformation of home health care services with a sharp focus on quality improvement and clinical excellence. This strategic role is central to designing and executing innovative care models that enhance patient outcomes, elevate service delivery, and align with the evolving needs of community-based healthcare.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will drive the development of robust clinical frameworks, establish measurable quality benchmarks, and oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices across home health operations. Your expertise in healthcare strategy, quality assurance, and clinical program development will be instrumental in setting new standards of care in a rapidly growing sector.

Key Duties

1.Incorporate short- and long-term goals and objectives for all appropriate service lines, providing clinical leadership, direction, and decision-making support.
2.Assist senior leadership teams in the formulation and implementation of strategies and policies to ensure the effective provision of the health care services.
3.Lead and support in the designing, implementation, oversight, and audit of effective continuous quality improvement programs.
4.Develop timely, accurate and comprehensive annual budgets for manpower, capital expenditure, and operating expenses for all areas of responsibility through the development of business cases for investment and ensure efficient and effective management and adherence of budget.
5.Collaborate with corporate departments and senior managers to integrate strategic service delivery plans and ensure that these are consistent with HMC operating frameworks and to develop and implement corporate rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
6.Proactively identify and mitigate risks to services and manage the delivery of all performance targets including developing and monitoring the performance against Service Level Agreements with partner organizations

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational - Bachelor's in healthcare related field Plus Master's Degree
  • Experience - 12 years' experience in healthcare out of which 5 years in clinical leadership roles, with strategic business development, research management & clinical program designing experience.
