About the Role

  • As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will:
  • Deliver exceptional veterinary care across a diverse caseload
  • Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and veterinary nurses
  • Collaborate closely with an experienced practice manager to maintain smooth clinic operations
  • Receive ongoing leadership support and professional development from a network of Lead Vets

About You

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent qualification recognised in Australia
  • Ideally 5+ years' experience in small animal practice
  • Confidence in sole charge, with some days working alongside another veterinarian
  • Experience mentoring or interest in developing leadership skills (mentorship and guidance provided)
  • Passionate about professional growth, team development, and high standards of patient care
