Full-Time Veterinary Surgeon

Our client is a well-established, four-vet small animal practice located in a highly sought-after coastal region in Port Stephens, just north of Newcastle and moments from the beach. Positioned within a popular holiday destination, the clinic benefits from a loyal and supportive client base, a diverse caseload, and excellent facilities. This opportunity would particularly suit a veterinarian with a strong interest in surgery who is looking to combine professional growth with an enviable coastal lifestyle.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join the team on a permanent basis. The role offers a balanced mix of medicine and surgery, supported by an experienced and capable nursing team.

The clinic is well equipped with ultrasound, endoscopy, orthopaedic equipment, and electrocautery (with everything you need on-site except CT and MRI).

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent, recognised in Australia
• A minimum of two years' experience (preferred)
• Confidence in soft tissue surgery
• Orthopaedic experience (advantageous but not essential)
