Lifestyle-Led Role, Career Progression & Ownership, Regional Leadership Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established and expanding community pharmacy group in New Zealand to recruit a Pharmacist for a modern, community-focused pharmacy in Rotorua, Bay of Plenty.

  • Clear pathways are available into:

  • Regional leadership or senior clinical positions
  • Managing Partner / Co-Owner opportunities with equity
  • For those interested in ownership, structured financial guidance and banking support are available to help eligible pharmacists progress into pharmacy partnership, offering long-term financial security and professional fulfilment.

Registration, Relocation & Support

  • Completion of the New Zealand Pharmacy Council clinical exam
  • Supervised practice period on arrival (typically 48 weeks, often shorter for experienced candidates)
  • Supervised pay rate: NZD $45 per hour
