A respected, independent veterinary group is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their busy branch practice in Worthing.

This general practice position is based within a well-established branch clinic, working closely with hospital teams, a dedicated emergency service, and a specialist referral network to provide high-quality care around the clock. The practice offers a welcoming, modern environment designed to create a calm and comfortable setting for both patients and staff, with a strong focus on personalised care and clinical excellence.

You'll be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with at least 23 years' GP experience, passionate about developing your clinical skills and contributing to a positive team culture built on collaboration, respect, and professionalism.

The role offers a 4-day week (40 hours) with 10-hour shifts between 7:30am7:30pm and a fair 1 in 6 weekend rota, with time off in lieu. The salary ranges from £45,000 to £65,000+ depending on experience, certificates, or advanced practitioner status.
