Key Duties:

• 4-day working week
• First-opinion small animal consultations and surgery
• Opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills, including orthopaedics
• Support and mentor less experienced vets within the team
• Contribute to clinical standards and future direction of the practice
• Participate in a structured and supported out-of-hours rota

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Ambition to progress into a senior or leadership role
