Please read on to discover more on a long standing and well regarded surgery near Leighton Buzzard seeking a Salaried GP to work 6 to 8 sessions a week.

The role is based in a purpose built practice in a very pleasant area with on site parking, giving excellent working conditions. There is a strong and stable Partnership in place as well as an excellent team of existing Salaried GPs with a wide range of experience and skillsets. The GPs are ably supported by a varied team of Allied Healthcare professionals including Nurses, HCAs and Pharmacists as well as an excellent admin and secretarial team meaning administration is kept to a minimum where possible. There is extensive support available for GPs hoping to develop interest areas and run specialist clinics. Workload is very well managed with 15 AM and 11 PM consultations per session. Home visits are low and duty doctor is done on a rota basis.

• Patient list size of circa 12,000
• Stable team of existing Partners and Salaried GPs
• Excellent clinical and clerical support in place
• Support for career development and furthering specialist interests
• Systm One practice

• High QOF score and Good CQC report

Package and Benefits

• £10,300 to £10,500 per session per annum DOE
• Indemnity covered
• 6 weeks annual leave
• 1 week CPD leave
• NHS pension enrolment

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• GMC registered GP
• Included on the NHS Performers List
• Right to work in the UK
