Branch Partner- Veterinary Surgeon

Veterinary Practice Partner Opportunity in Warrington. Lead, Own & Grow

We are representing a dynamic veterinary group to recruit a Practice Partner for an established clinic in Warrington.

This role is ideal for a Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to step into shared ownership, take a leading role in shaping a clinic, and benefit from long-term value creation - while retaining clinical control and having robust business support in place. The partnership model is designed to be transparent, flexible, and secure, providing a clear pathway to ownership and exit planning.

Who is this role for?

This opportunity will suit a vet who:

  • Is ready to take ownership of a practice and influence its future direction
  • Values clinical leadership and the ability to make key decisions
  • Enjoys motivating and developing a team while supported by experienced business advisors
  • Wants a long-term career pathway with genuine financial upside
  • Seeks partnership as a more sustainable route than going it alone

The Partnership approach

  • True equity participation
Partners hold a real stake in the clinic, with monthly profit distributions aligned to equity, ensuring incentives and outcomes are fully shared.

  • Building practice value together
You will work collaboratively to grow the clinic, benefiting from increased profitability and business value, realised both during ownership and at exit.

  • Planned exit mechanism
The model includes a pre-defined buy-back framework, providing certainty and flexibility for future planning.

Support and infrastructure

  • Clinical autonomy backed by peer network
You remain in control of the clinic's clinical standards while benefiting from a wider network of experienced clinicians and partners for advice and collaboration.

  • Full business support
Specialist teams provide expertise in finance, HR, marketing, procurement, and facilities, supported by integrated systems for transparent performance tracking.

  • Operational guidance locally
A regional operations manager works closely with you on day-to-day operations and strategic planning, freeing you to focus on patients and your team.
