Looking for a supportive, busy GP practice with plenty of surgery and no OOH? This could be the one.
We're a standalone small animal practice with a loyal client base, a big, experienced team (5 vets, 8 RVNs, 1 SVN), and a strong reputation in the local community. One of our vets is relocating after 4 years with us, so we're looking for the next great addition to our team.
What's on offer:
- Salary up to £70K (DOE)
- Full-time (4 days/week, 8:157pm) + 1:4 Saturday mornings (8:4512:15)
- No OOH, no sole charge (except occasional Saturdays)
- Surgical caseload available perfect if you love theatre
- Set surgery days + consult days, with protected catch-up and lunch breaks
- 4 weeks holiday + bank holidays
- CPD encouraged (certs supported)
- Big refurb on the horizon: new ward, 2nd theatre, upgraded x-ray suite
About You:
We're looking for a confident small animal vet with a couple of years' experience who enjoys surgery as well as consults. A surgical certificate would be a bonus, but not essential.
