This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (ideally 3+ years' experience) to join a thriving first-opinion practice with an outstanding reputation, loyal client base and a genuinely supportive team.

This is a busy practice, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure to an interesting and diverse caseload. The team actively encourages vets to work cases up thoroughly, giving you the time and support to provide the highest standard of care rather than simply treating symptoms.

The role offers a healthy balance of consulting and surgery, although there is a slight surgical bias and your workload can be tailored around your individual interests.

One of the biggest attractions is the clinical support available.

The practice is led by two experienced Clinical Directors whose strengths perfectly complement one anotherone with a particular passion for medicine and the other an accomplished surgeon. Whatever your career aspirations, you'll be joining a team that's genuinely invested in helping each other develop.

The Role

• 40 hours per week across four days
• No out-of-hours commitments
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9am-12pm)
• Weekend shifts are always worked alongside another experienced vetnever sole charge
• 20-minute consultations
• Flexible consulting and surgery split depending on your interests
• Certificate support fully encouraged
• Opportunity to mentor recently qualified colleagues if desired
