National Territory Manager, Diagnostics & Imaging

Exciting opportunity to join a newly created medical diagnostics division, taking a lead in the development of this innovative exciting new area.

Are you a driven medical device sales professional with a hunter mindset and ambition to grow? A new role has been created within a Diagnostics and Screening division, aligned with the NHS 10-year health plan and focused on shifting care from treatment to screening. This is an exciting opportunity to become the first dedicated head of this product range for a leading Swedish MedTech company.

About the Role

As Territory Manager, you will take ownership of a national territory, building relationships with vascular clinics, diabetic foot clinics, and research centres across the UK. You will lead clinical adoption, educate customers, and guide NHS stakeholders through procurement and operational processes for advanced diagnostic screening technologies. You will also target existing sites for upgrades, expanding the installed base and market share.

This is a high-impact, field-based role that combines strategic territory management with hands-on sales, including product demonstrations, clinical education, and building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, vascular teams, and NHS decision-makers
  • Deliver expert demonstrations and clinical education on advanced diagnostic screening technologies
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding clinical adoption
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximise sales and product penetration
  • Manage and grow existing pipeline, including upgrading legacy systems
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical support, and HQ teams to drive growth
  • Travel frequently across your territory (domestically) and occasionally internationally

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in medical device sales, ideally in capital equipment
  • Experience in vascular, diabetes, or screening markets preferred
  • Hunter mentality and high achiever with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passionate about growing with the business and aspiring to management in the future
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel across the UK
