Senior Veterinary Surgeon Lead with Vision | £75K + Practice Ownership Potential | Salisbury

We're proud to be working on behalf of a thriving small animal practice in the beautiful city of Salisbury that is undergoing a rebrand and entering an exciting new chapter. As part of this transformation, they're seeking a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to lead the team forwardsomeone who is confident in first opinion practice and passionate about shaping modern veterinary care.

This role offers the rare combination of clinical leadership and the opportunity to help set a new course for a well-established practice with an outstanding client base.

Key Details:

• Salary circa £75,000, depending on experience
• Opportunity for future practice ownership
• 4-day week: 9am7pm with no OOH or Sundays
• Newly refurbished practice with excellent facilities

What They're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years qualified with experience in UK practice
• Comfortable with consulting, general surgery, and occasional sole charge
