Branch Partner - Veterinary Surgeon

We are partnering with a forward-thinking veterinary organisation to identify a Practice Partner for a well-established clinic in Birmingham.

This role offers an alternative route into ownership for Veterinary Surgeons who want to lead a practice as their own, without stepping away from clinical work or shouldering the full weight of business ownership alone. The partnership framework is intentionally transparent, flexible, and designed with long-term planning in mind.
