Transitioning into recruitment with Prospect Health allowed me to leverage my multicultural background while successfully supporting clients across EMEA in identifying and engaging top talent.
Interacting in a multilingual setting and delivering the best outcomes for both clients and candidates is the most rewarding part of my role. My main geographic focus is the DACH region, but I have successfully delivered top talent in several countries across EMEA. I believe in full openness and transparency both towards clients as well as candidates!
Outside of work, my life revolves around my wonderful family—my wife and two daughters—who support me in everything I do.
